If i remember clearly i think you have already posted a similar query in community. As i said earlier create a individual prompts for the blocks or query what you have taken them in the dashboard. concatenate all those values from the selectors and pass them into the prompts, take a look at the below link which has the similar function. But i have used a push button here, you can ignore it for your scenario.

You are recommended to work with fewer rows of data in the dashboard. Dashboard works beyond 512 rows but then performance may degrade.

You can incorporate multiple dashboards in one with the help of DocumentDownload URL. I would suggest you to explore Reporting URL concept of SAP BusinessObjects.
DocumentDownload URL loads a dashboard in an Xcelsius/Dashboard component.
Talking about values you want to have your dashboards refreshed with, you may have to give a thought over it whether whatever you want to achieve is feasible or not. You might run in issues. So first of all understand the requirement by yourself.
Another option could be BI Workspaces where you pass values acorss BO documents.

When you add a new column to a WebI report block, you need to ensure that the web service reflects that column. You may test the existing web service within Rich Client or Internet Application.
To my knowledge, you have to create a new web service for a newly added column. That is the only way you see the new column in the web service.

You can edit the web service from Web service publisher panel in web rich client.
However, I doubt if we can include the newly added column. Give it a try.
Later in the web service publisher just hover your mouse on the web service it will show the block. Else right click and test.
If the column is not included, recreate the web service. And re-import it in dashboards. Which means you will have to re-map all the columns.
Even if the edit works for you, you will still have to re-import it in dashboards.
It can be another reason too but make sure both versions are same.

- Close all opened excel file when you export to launchpad
- In excel spread sheet disable the Live office add-in if it is there.
Dear All,
Can we call oracle or sql function and procedure from universe designer or Information design tool 4.1. If so what is the procedure and script.
If universe migrated from BO XI R2 to bo 4.1 which are already based on function and store procedure of oracle in previous version .But in my case universe build in BO XI R2 working fine but after migration same universe through error of incompatible object after creating new report in BO 4.1

Hello - We are also seeing the same issue, I have checked the RESTful service URL, by defaul tit has URL as http://servername:6405/biprws and I changed it to http://servername/dswsbobje/services/Session still seeing the same error. What should be the URL?
Also we have WACS running and enabled. Any insights are appreciated. Thanks!

you should check if the RESTFul Web Service is installed and included in the WACS.

I tried URL http://servername:6405/biprws but still it doesn't work. Also checked the WACS server properties and it has RESTful service in it. Does any settings need to be changed in WACS server properties?

To having confirm, in LO connection and processing method has been changed from BI 4.1 SP5 P5 and onwards.
- It is requires to have the RESTFul Webservice up and running, and has to be correctly configured.
You can check your RESTFul webservice status in CMC->Servers->Core Services-> WACS->Metrics.
Also after changing properties of RESTFull Webservice, please restart WACS to get it working.

I have a file I created on SAP Crystal Dashboard Design (latest version) that uses an imported excel file for all of its data source. Is there a program I can download and use on an Android Tablet that will display the file and allow for all interactive functions? I want to use the file independent of a .NET source or an active database feed, this tablet will not be connected to the internet during use.

I am using an @Prompt in UDT (it is being used to select a historical year) Essentially what I am looking to do is give this existing universe the ability to look back at any user selected 2 years of data and then run reports off of this data.
I am able to get the @Prompt to work for a single selection:
RADB.dbo.YMG_Fiscal_Periods.Fiscal_Year = @Prompt('Enter value for Historical Fiscal Year','N','RVU\Historical Fiscal Year',Mono,Constrained,Persistent,,User:0)
But when I change the @Prompt to try and use 2 years I get a syntax error in the WEBI Report:
