Its not possible to restrict the list of values from the dimension all you can do is by filtering on the specific values as you said 1980,1990,2000 & 2010 so that they can only be displayed.

Hi Vincent, I believe that for connecting to QAAWS you have added a "Web Service connection"? Please make sure that you use "Web service Query (Query as a web service)" connection type for QAAWS....
