Hi Nanda,
I have created the excel formula to bring the 13 values starting from current month to preceding 6 values & succeeding 6 values. Map those values in combo box and throw the values into the query prompt values.
As a workaround I have create a sample file, as what you have asked slider to display the varying 13 months based on current month and when you slide the values will thrown to another cell. Please take care of the formatting in which format it accepts.
