That happens because the tablet or ipad cannot find the server name, you have to write the IP when you use BIWS instead the server name, you can try this, go to safari and go to page http://servername:8080/BOE/BI this wont work, instead try, http://192.168.1.100:8080/BOE/BI and it will show you BI launchpad page
